Over 20 years of hands-on experience in Alanya

Alanya UCN Yapı is a contracting team that carries out complete renovations and fine finishing work for homes and commercial properties. Painting, plastering, drywall, flooring, electrical and plumbing are all handled by our own crew rather than split between subcontractors, so the schedule stays in one pair of hands and trades do not sit waiting for each other.

Working in Alanya has its own conditions: sea air, summer humidity, and jobs that have to be finished within a short season. We take all of this into account when choosing materials and planning the order of works.

How we work

We start with an on-site survey. We take measurements, inspect the existing installations and clarify your expectations. You then receive an itemised written price and a realistic schedule. We do not open a site before the contract is signed.

While work is under way we share daily photographs. For owners living abroad this matters: you can follow what is happening in your property from a distance.

Our mission

Complaints in this trade almost always come down to two things: promises that are not kept, and costs that swell after the job starts. Our work is to remove both. We hand over on the agreed date and we do not invoice for items that were never discussed at the survey.
