Surface preparation, filling, priming and finish coats, using breathable paints that hold up in coastal air.

Base coats, skim finish, cornice work and repairs, applied at the correct thickness with proper curing time.

New wiring, consumer unit upgrades, socket and lighting circuits, including RCD and earthing checks.
DetailsPlumbing Works
Supply and waste lines, concealed pipework, leak detection and repair. Nothing is closed up before a pressure test.
DetailsDrywall and Suspended Ceilings
Partition walls, suspended ceilings, concealed lighting coves and recesses, with moisture-resistant board where needed.
DetailsFlooring Installation
Ceramic, laminate, engineered wood and vinyl. We never start laying before the subfloor is properly levelled.
DetailsBathroom and Kitchen Refits
Tanking, tiling, sanitaryware and worktop fitting — the waterproofing layer is never skipped, so the flat below stays dry.
