2. Personal Data Processed

Only the data you submit yourself is processed through this website: full name, telephone number, e-mail address, the type of service requested and the content of your message. For security and abuse prevention we also record the IP address, browser information and the time of submission.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your enquiry and carrying out the survey and quotation process
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions and the business relationship
• Preventing form abuse and automated submissions
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where required, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

5. Transfers

Your personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It is shared only with our hosting and e-mail delivery providers, to the extent technically necessary to operate the service. Disclosure to competent authorities may occur where legally required.

6. Retention

Contact form records are kept for a maximum of three years after the enquiry is concluded, then deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to data portability. Requests can be sent to info@alanyaucnyapitadilat.com and are answered within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
