The questions we hear most before a survey.
Is the survey chargeable?
No. In Alanya and the immediate area the survey is entirely free. We measure, inspect the existing condition and prepare a written price. You are under no obligation at that stage.
Do you supply the materials?
Either way works. If we supply them you benefit from our trade prices and we handle delivery scheduling. If you prefer to buy yourself, we give you the brand and range list and you purchase directly.
I live abroad — can I follow the work remotely?
Yes; a large share of our clients are overseas. We send photographs and short videos daily and a weekly progress summary. If you like, we walk you through the site on a video call.
Our building restricts noise — can you still work?
Yes. Many complexes ban noisy work during the season or limit it to certain hours. We always ask about this at the survey and build the programme around it, moving quiet trades into the restricted hours.
How is payment handled?
The contract sets out a staged payment plan: at the start, after the first fix and on handover. We do not ask for payment in full up front, and nothing outside the contract is ever invoiced.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Painting a single room, changing a tap or drylining one wall are all fine. Scheduling is more flexible for small jobs and we can usually fit them in within a few days.
